Sims Mechanical Solutions, Inc. was established in February of 2017 with a customer-centric approach that we like to call Relationship Contracting.  We strive to provide high levels of customer service by executing quality installations and service while maintaining our customer’s schedule and budget.  This process has allowed Sims Mechanical to achieve steady growth through customer retention.  In fact, approximately 90% of our work is with repeat customers.  David Sims PE, LEED AP serves as the president of Sims Mechanical.  Mr. Sims has been in the Mechanical Engineering and Contracting world for over 20 years working on a variety of projects as a design engineer, estimator, project manager, project executive and corporate executive.  David’s background as both an engineer and a contractor has put him in a unique position to provide value added solutions to complex projects allowing for a real working relationship with project design and construction teams.
